    Homecare To Go

    Terms and Conditions


    1. Scope of Services

    Homecare To Go provides non-medical, concierge, on-demand home care services. Services may

    include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, recovery support, and

    assistance with activities of daily living. Homecare To Go does not provide medical or skilled nursing

    care.

    2. Service Requests & Scheduling

    Services are provided on an on-demand or scheduled basis and are subject to caregiver availability.

    Service fulfillment is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

    3. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to provide accurate information, maintain a safe environment, communicate needs

    clearly, and notify Homecare To Go of changes.

    4. Payment Terms

    All services are private pay unless otherwise stated. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension

    or termination of services.

    5. Cancellations & Changes

    Reasonable notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees.

    6. Caregiver Scope & Limitations

    Caregivers may only perform approved non-medical tasks and may decline unsafe or inappropriate

    requests.

    7. Transportation & Errands

    When transportation is requested, caregivers may use personal vehicles. Homecare To Go is not

    responsible for incidents beyond reasonable control.

    8. Confidentiality & Privacy

    Client information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Sensitive medical information

    should not be transmitted via text.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Homecare To Go is not liable for outcomes beyond the scope of services. Clients agree to hold

    harmless and indemnify Homecare To Go.

    10. Termination of Services

    Either party may terminate services at any time. Immediate termination may occur for safety concerns,

    non-payment, or policy violations.


    11. Changes to Terms

    Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

    12. Acknowledgment

    By requesting or receiving services, clients acknowledge acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    Return and Refund Policy

    This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
